Can you manage my property if I live in Belgium?
Yes. Many of our owners live in Belgium or abroad. We handle everything on site and you follow it online and in a monthly report.
What is the difference between a letting agent and a property manager?
A letting agent finds a tenant and then stops. A property manager also looks after the period afterwards: rent collection, maintenance, contact with the tenant and administration.
How quickly can my property be let?
That depends on location, condition and price. With sharp pricing and good presentation it often takes only a few weeks. During the rental value check we give a realistic expectation.
What happens with a fault or emergency?
Tenants report faults through a single reporting point. We assess the urgency, call in a tradesperson and keep you informed. Above an agreed amount we ask for your approval first.
Am I tied to a long contract?
No. We work with a clear agreement and a reasonable notice period, so you stay in control.
